About the role
Responsible for planning, analyzing, and developing testing and quality work, as well as contributing to product and process improvements.
Key Tasks
- Develop test plans based on customer requirements, standards, and internal specifications.
- Analyze test results and drive corrective/improvement actions.
- Participate in development projects and product changes.
- Develop and improve test methods and quality processes.
- Conduct and follow up on advanced testing (including SAT).
- Serve as the point of contact for customers, suppliers, and authorities regarding quality issues.
- Support and guide technicians in their testing and quality work.

Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in testing, quality, or product development.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in troubleshooting/root cause analysis.
- Experience working in projects and with requirements management.
- Good understanding of quality standards and processes.
