is the strategic change architect and cultural catalyst for the PT Learning Organisation. Reporting to the Head of Business Operations in PTE you will be part of a global OCM Hub that bundles our Change Management expertise across PTE. You will be dedicated to the global PT Learning Hub and have a dotted reporting line to the Global Head PT Learning. This role is accountable for driving the organizational, mindset, and behavioral shifts required to elevate learning to a strategic business driver across Pharma Technical Operations.
