team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions. You will serve as the primary bridge between warehouse operations, supply chain stakeholders, and IT development teams to ensure successful delivery of WMS capabilities aligned with operational and strategic business objectives.

In this role, you will: •

Analyze warehouse and supply chain processes to translate operational needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, technical specifications, and system configurations. •

Lead Agile delivery activities, including product backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release planning. •

Collaborate with enterprise architects, system integrators, and cross-functional teams to integrate WMS with ERP, TMS, OMS, and warehouse automation platforms. •

Identify potential risks and dependencies, evaluate process automation opportunities, and resolve complex system issues to maximize warehouse productivity. •

Maintain comprehensive functional designs and documentation while ensuring solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards and IT best practices.

The ideal candidate will have: •

of overall experience supporting enterprise business systems within an IT environment. •

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
