Job Description

The Technical Platform Architect (TPA) leads the design and architecture of scalable enterprise solutions using Sprinklr's products and services, including Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS).

Working across the customer lifecycle, the TPA partners with customers, Sales, Solution Consulting, Engagement Management, Implementation, Product and Customer Success teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

What You'll Do Solution Architecture & Design

Lead technical solution design for complex enterprise implementations.
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable architecture and detailed solution designs.
Provide architectural guidance during scoping, implementation and optimisation.
Identify technical, integration, security and delivery risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
Ensure architecture aligns with customer objectives, platform capabilities and implementation best practices.

Technical Governance

Establish and promote architecture, configuration and integration best practices.
Review solution designs, workflows and configurations to support platform scalability and maintainability.
Ensure appropriate testing, sandbox and deployment practices are followed.
Develop reusable architectural patterns, templates and technical documentation.

Delivery & Customer Partnership

Provide technical oversight throughout implementation, testing, deployment and handover.
Act as a trusted technical adviser to customers and internal stakeholders.
Partner across teams to resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
Maintain awareness of strategic initiatives across assigned accounts to support architectural consistency and continuity.

Thought Leadership

Share technical best practices and lessons learned across customer engagements.
Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes through architecture, platform capabilities and innovation.
Provide customer and implementation insights to Product, Engineering and other internal teams.

What Makes You Qualified

8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, technical consulting or related roles.
Experience designing and delivering complex enterprise technology solutions, ideally within CCaaS, contact centre technology, enterprise SaaS or digital transformation.
Strong knowledge of contact centre architecture, telephony, cloud technologies, networking, security and enterprise integrations.
Experience with APIs, webhooks and integration technologies, including REST and SOAP.
Understanding of enterprise authentication patterns, including SAML, SSO and OAuth.
Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
Experience translating business objectives into technical architectures, roadmaps and requirements.
Strong understanding of software development and implementation lifecycle practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work effectively across customers and cross-functional teams in a global environment.
