People & Development Internship (m/f/d)

We are looking for a People & Development Trainee who is currently enrolled in a study program that requires a mandatory internship. This is a paid, full-time internship starting in January 2027, with a minimum duration of five months. During your internship, you will gain valuable hands-on experience while supporting our People & Development team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including:

• Administration of job applications and organization of interviews

• Contact person for employees as well as processing requests

• Supporting the implementation, compliance with all company processes and standards

• Maintenance of employee databases

• Planning and organizing employee events and trainings, creating posters, maintaining internal communication platform 'Workvivo by Zoom'.

• Support on ad hoc projects assigned by the People & Development Manager
