About the role
The Opportunity
As a Patient Journey Partner (PJP), you will sit at the center of our ecosystem strategy, acting as an empowered leader and the local face of Roche. You will partner directly with healthcare stakeholders, turning our societal role upside down - moving beyond delivering medicines toward co-creating transformative solutions across the entire patient journey. In this role, you will:
- Act as a primary, trusted partner to local healthcare stakeholders and Top Advisory Experts (TAEs), identifying shared purpose to co-create solutions that improve patient outcomes faster.
- Serve as a system thinker, bringing outside-in market insights to Roche while sharing Roche's science, knowledge, and expertise directly with the local health ecosystem.
- Mobilize and secure resources locally and across the broader Roche enterprise to remove roadblocks along the patient journey.
- Oversee the patient journey holistically in defined disease areas, identifying opportunities to transform outcomes without treatment liability or off-label communication.
- Steward life-changing products throughout their lifecycle, sharing their merits with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in a truthful, balanced manner.
- Formulate cross-functional strategies and guide cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences across all Roche touchpoints.
