OPS-PM / CBIT-Metrics

The Business Enhancement Service Team (BES) within BIS maintains / enhances the reporting infrastructure, delivers key MI to senior managers across divisions such as Operations, Global Markets, IBD, Compliance etc. The team is expected to possess strong technical skills especially in Business Objects and Microsoft Office applications, rich experience in issue management, automations and an ability to be proactive and connect with multiple stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain reports for Front Office and / or Operations

• Problem management and issue tracking

• Clear and concise communication with stakeholders and traders

• Apply knowledge of reporting utilities such as SAP Business Objects to work

• Perform root cause analysis of issues with the infrastructure / reporting.

• Deal with technical roadblocks and challenges

Mind Set:

Mandatory

• 0-3 Years' Experience in Financial Services

• Strong Communication Skills

• 0-3 Years' Experience in designing reporting solutions

• Experience in Financial Services MI & Reporting

• Understanding of Business and Products

• 0-2 years' experience in designing reports in SAP Business Objects or other reporting tools

• Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Python etc.

• Experience in developing dashboards and automated reports using tools such as Design Studio, Lumira, etc.

• Expert knowledge on SAP Business Objects Web Rich Client Report development.

• Good technical mind-set.
