Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Operational Execution and Excellence:
Collaborate with our operations team to deliver on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) priorities. Gain insights into operations management using daily management systems and standard work. •
New Product/Process Introduction
Operations and Process Problem Solving
Lean and Continuous Improvement
Identify wastes and drive their reduction/elimination in SQDC. Gain exposure to lean tools and as well as opportunities for hands on kaizen through lean activities and events.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Material and/or Industrial Engineering
- Competent with MS Office applications
- Being inclusive and having the imagination and courage to make changes
- Possess good communication skills
