You will work mainly within Radio and Baseband, combining technical understanding with strong collaboration, clear communication and a customer-focused mindset. If you enjoy working across organizations, translating technical topics into clear priorities, and driving progress in situations that are important for both customers and the business, this is the role for you!

What you will do

  • Handle customer-escalated hardware issues and, when needed, lead product task forces
  • Ensure the voice of the customer is clearly shared and understood within the Business Area
  • Own the communication strategy for advanced hardware cases
  • Work with internal PEU functions to understand and categorize the drivers behind hardware returns from the market, and take proactive action
  • Represent BNEW RTE in customer meetings related to hardware quality topics and other initiatives
  • Drive customer engagement and deployment support activities
  • Prepare decisions and drive hardware field correction activities, including Field Change Orders, Repair Change Orders, Service Advice and Repair Investigation requests
  • Control the budget for hardware field correction issues and ongoing activities, while driving and leading process work

The skills you bring

  • BSc or MSc level in a technical discipline, or equivalent level of knowledge.
  • ERS hardware product design experience
  • Technical competence in the Radio and Baseband area
  • Knowledge of product life cycle management and product development
  • Business and customer understanding
  • Strong communication, presentation, knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
  • Ability to decide and initiate action, relate and network, think entrepreneurially and commercially, deliver results, meet customer expectations, and adapt and respond to change
