New Product Brand Manager
About GSK
About the role
We are seeking a commercially minded and highly analytical New Product Brand Manager to join our New Product Innovation team. This newly created role will evaluate new products, indications and lifecycle opportunities, translating complex clinical, market, access and financial evidence into clear recommendations that support portfolio and investment decisions. - Lead assessments of new products, indications and lifecycle opportunities.
- Build market assessments, forecasts, financial models and scenario analyses.
- Translate clinical, competitive and access insights into commercial recommendations.
- Partner across functions to develop business cases and support portfolio decisions.
About you
We are looking for a strategic and curious thinker who is comfortable working with complexity, uncertainty and large volumes of data. You may come from brand management, business insights, finance, commercial strategy or new product planning, provided you bring strong analytical capability and can translate evidence into actionable recommendations. You will need:
- Pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in a commercial or analytical role.
- Strong forecasting, market-sizing and financial-modelling capability.
- Commercial and scientific acumen, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across functions.
