Medical Business Associate - Vijayawada

Position Summary You will engage healthcare professionals across Vijayawada to build trusted relationships and share clear, evidence-based medical information. You will create and deliver a focused territory plan using customer insight to prioritise activities. • Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners.
• Design and deliver a territory plan based on customer insight and local needs.
• Share clear, accurate, science-led medical information to support healthcare professionals' decision making.
• Record and report activities, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems.
• Work with colleagues across medical, commercial and access teams to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.
• Continuously learn about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance.

Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, territory management, or similar experience.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu or other local languages used in Vijayawada.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Right to work in India.

Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

• Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare sales or medical liaison roles.
• Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals.
• Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and prioritise work.
• Fluency in Telugu plus Hindi or English to support broader communication.
• High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility.
