Mechanical Engineer
Who We Are
What We Offer
Mechanical Engineer
own the end‑to‑end design, development, and validation of hardware
Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD)
next generation of advanced semiconductor chips and displays
Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Reality
Key Responsibilities
- Technically lead engineering projects and
own end‑to‑end execution
, delivering complete solutions for technical problems of varying complexity.
- Deconstruct
on‑wafer performance requirements
into clear engineering design requirements and collaborate with different engineering disciples like Process Engineering team to develop solutions that meet or exceed those requirements.
- Identify
design tradeoffs and technical risks
, evaluate alternatives, and select the optimal path to solution.
- Perform engineering analyses (e.g.,
tolerance, thermal, structural, flow
) to demonstrate designs will meet functional and performance objectives.
- Work with internal subject‑matter experts and external suppliers to design systems and components that achieve performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
- Plan and execute
structured experiments and validation tests
to characterize performance, establish operating windows, and define design margins.
- Analyze experimental and field data using tools such as
JMP and Microsoft Excel
to identify trends, assess statistical significance, and draw sound engineering conclusions.
- Validate solutions using
first‑principles hand calculations
FEA / CFD
), correlating analytical predictions with test results.
- Prepare and deliver
technical presentations
to cross‑functional teams, management, and customers.
- Create, specify, review, and release
engineering documentation
