Manufacturing & Process Quality Engineer

• Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups and concession flow sessions with Capability Leads.

• Operate confidently in a high meeting load environment, including capturing actions, taking notes, and following up with relevant stakeholders.

• Oversee and maintain documents on a tracker board, Businessmap, supporting client and Capgemini workflow.

• Accountable for disposition and turnaround time of non-conformance submissions (Concessions, Deviation Permits, DARs, TADs, FPAs and other QNs).

• Ensure all submissions are progressed efficiently through completion, maintaining momentum and visibility.
