Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)
- Establish and maintain a monthly reliability dashboard
- Develop and enhance test bench capabilities to assess and validate the reliability of electronic components and finished products
- Evaluation carried out for Component and sub assy PCBA -SER
- Execute the reliability plan as per defined schedules, ensuring timely completion of testing, validation, and reporting activities
- Drive improvement and digitalization initiatives in reliability processes
Functional Competencies
- Understanding & knowledge of Quality Function
- Knowledge & experience in manufacturing processes like electronics process, electrical , assembly, etc.
- Understanding of Reliability Standards of electronics
- Understanding & hands-on experience of analysis tools such as 7 QC tools, QC Story / problem solving methodology, PFMEA
- Usage of SAP Functionality - QM & MM module, MS Office
- Understanding & hands - on experience standard equipment
- Understanding & hands - on experience of Modbus, Ethernet
