Manager Provider Relations & Development

1. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
2. Four (4) years of experience managing care contracting and provider development is required.
3. Extensive understanding of physician practice operations and associated performance metrics is required.

4 Experience working with physicians and physician groups is required.

1. Ability to successfully negotiate, build consensus, and bring complicated deals to closure is required.
2. Ability to interpret and convert contract language and identify areas impacting provider operation and implementation is required.
3. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Suite are required.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong quantitative/analytical skills are required.

Pay Range ($48.56 - $72.85)
