WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for an experienced retail leader to lead the execution and performance of

Converse partner stores across Korea

. This role combines market-level retail leadership, sales performance analytics, and hands-on field management, working closely with our retail partners and their store teams to elevate business performance, operational excellence, and the consumer experience. You'll be a key connection between our Korea retail partners and the Converse Global Stores Excellence team, translating retail strategies into locally relevant, executable plans while building strong retail capabilities for sustainable growth. You bring:

Strong multi-store retail leadership experience, ideally within fashion, footwear, sportswear, or a consumer-led environment
Experience working with franchise, partner, distributor, or other indirect retail models
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail KPIs and performance drivers
Advanced analytical capability with experience managing sales KPI reporting, identifying trends, and developing data-driven business recommendations
Ability to influence and drive results through partners without direct reporting relationships
Strong knowledge of store operations, consumer experience, service, and visual merchandising
Excellent coaching, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to translate strategy and standards into practical store-level execution
Fluency in Korean and strong professional English communication skills
Ability to travel regularly across the Korea store fleet

Lead Partner Retail Performance

Build strong relationships with retail partners and provide leadership across the Korea partner store fleet. Use performance insights and regular store visits to identify opportunities and drive actions that strengthen commercial results and execution.

Spearhead Sales KPI Analysis & Performance Insights

Drive sales KPI analysis and performance reporting across Korea partner stores, tracking key metrics such as sales, comp growth, conversion, UPT, ATV, sell-through, inventory productivity, and store profitability. Identify performance gaps, trends, and business opportunities, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for retail partners and internal stakeholders.

Elevate Retail Fundamentals

Partner with stores and cross functional teams to drive consistent execution of Converse operational standards, tools, training, and ways of working. Strengthening retail fundamentals and local execution in Korea.

Build Partner Capability

Coach and enable partner retail leaders and store teams, strengthening their ability to independently deliver Converse standards and create consistently strong consumer experiences.

Deliver the Converse Consumer Experience

Partner across Brand, Merchandising, Marketplace, Visual Merchandising, and Stores Excellence to bring Converse product and brand stories to life consistently across partner stores.

Connect Korea Partners to Converse

Act as a key bridge between retail partners and Converse, translating regional and global priorities into effective local execution while bringing partner, store, and consumer insights back into the organization.
