Payroll Consultant (Mexico) Sr Functional consultant -
- Analyze payroll enhancement requests and business requirements.
- Design and implement payroll configuration changes.
- Support payroll schema, PCR, and wage type modifications.
- Assess impacts to upstream and downstream integrations.
- Participate in requirement gathering workshops.
- Create functional specifications and support technical development activities.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and defect resolution.
- Support SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll Runs, and Production Validation.
- Assist with payroll compliance updates and statutory changes.
- Collaborate with Payroll Operations, HR, Finance, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze payroll enhancement requests and business requirements.
- Design and implement payroll configuration changes.
- Support payroll schema, PCR, and wage type modifications.
- Assess impacts to upstream and downstream integrations.
- Participate in requirement gathering workshops.
- Create functional specifications and support technical development activities.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and defect resolution.

Collaborate with Payroll Operations, HR, Finance, and IT teams.
Skill Requirements
- 8+ years of SAP Payroll experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP Mexico Payroll.
- Deep knowledge of:
- Payroll Schemas
- PCR Development
- Wage Types
- Retroactive Accounting
- Off-Cycle Payroll Processing
- Payroll Posting
- Tax and Statutory Processing
- Experience supporting payroll enhancements and production support.
- Strong payroll testing and reconciliation experience.
Ability to troubleshoot complex payroll issues.
