Job Summary
Payroll Consultant - (Peru) Sr
Key Responsibilities
- Support payroll enhancement and maintenance activities.
- Analyze and document business requirements.
- Configure and test payroll changes.
- Perform impact assessments for regulatory and business-driven changes.
- Review payroll calculations and validation results.
- Support payroll audits and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with integration, technical, and payroll operations teams.
- Assist with defect investigation and root cause analysis.
- Support end-to-end testing and deployment activities.
Maintain solution documentation and knowledge transfer materials
Skill Requirements
- 8+ years of SAP Payroll experience.
- Strong experience supporting Peru Payroll.
- Expertise in:
- Payroll Schemas
- PCRs
- Wage Type Configuration
- Payroll Posting
- Retro Calculations
- Absence and Leave Impacts on Payroll
- Statutory and Regulatory Payroll Processes
- Experience troubleshooting payroll calculation issues.
- Strong payroll reconciliation knowledge.
Experience supporting enhancement and support projects.
Other Requirements
- Employee Central Payroll.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- SAP HCM Time Management.
- SAP S/4HANA Payroll environments.
- Global payroll support experience.
Knowledge of payroll integrations and interfaces.
