As our KYC Analyst Intern, you'll join our FinCrime & Operations team based in Barcelona for a 6-month internship, playing a key support role in enabling smooth onboarding for our consumers. Here's what that looks like in practice: •

Provide clear and timely support to consumers (primarily via email) to guide them through the verification, activation, and access process and request missing information. •

Check that ID documents meet Satispay's internal standards, learning to confirm the authenticity of country-specific documents. •

Work through a daily queue of cases, meeting productivity, quality, and SLA targets. •

Identify inconsistencies or potential red flags and escalate high-risk cases to the FinCrime team. •

Over the 6 months, learn how to triage screening alerts (PEP, sanctions, adverse media), support periodic reviews, and understand the regulatory framework behind digital payments.

This role needs someone curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the fundamentals of FinTech compliance. •

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. •

Keen eye for detail with a passion for digging into documents and ensuring accuracy. •

Clear and patient communication skills with a focus on delivering a smooth user experience. •

Professional fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Italian is a strong asset. •

Organized, eager to learn, and comfortable asking questions when needed. •

€950 monthly internship net gross allowance.
