We are looking for French-speaking candidates, who would like to perform various tasks and drive the functioning of our internal teams. Your key responsibilities

You will be responsible for creating and supporting creation of Purchase Orders

You will verify data, contact the client and provide support on process steps.

Participation in calls with the client providing update on the process,

Support best practice by providing proactive assistance in stakeholders needs

Skills and attributes for success

You are fluent in French language (written and oral)

You have a good English knowledge (written and oral) at least B2 level

You possess a good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)

You are a good team player and can organize teamwork

To qualify for the role, you must have

Excellent communications skills (including remote communication)

You are detail oriented and eager to solve process cases

You have exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality

You are strong and highly motivated work ethic and ability to perform well prioritized tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, you'll also have

Self-educate and seek additional knowledge

Knowledge about SAP environment

Ability to prioritize workload and deliver outputs within deadlines
