Junior Brand Project Manager

We are looking for a Junior Brand Project Manager to join Vattenfall's Group Brand Activation team. This is a dynamic role where you get to work with everything from coordination and planning to stakeholder management and campaign execution in an international, friendly and growth-oriented environment.

As Junior Brand Project Manager, you will enable the planning and delivery of brand and communication activities that strengthen the Vattenfall brand and ensure high-quality execution across markets. You will support in several brand and marketing communication initiatives while simultaneously having ownership of your own projects You will work closely with colleagues in the Group Brand team, other Communication teams and business areas, as well as external agencies. We work internationally across the Swedish, Finnish, Dutch and German markets.

Help manage timelines, deliverables, budgets and project plans. Coordinate meetings and communication across teams and partners to bring alignment between strategy, creative development and execution. •

Coordination and contact with external agencies - making sure briefs, feedback and approvals are clear and well-structured. •

Support delivery of brand activations across channels and markets, ensuring brand guidelines are applied consistently and securing a smooth rollout of campaigns and initiatives •

: Gathering insights and track results of projects and initiatives, translating outcomes into clear summaries and recommendations. Tracking project progress and creating concise material for decision making and monitoring by executive management.

As a Junior Brand Project Manager you will be a brand ambassador from day one. With the Brand function as your foundation, you will collaborate and support colleagues across different markets and business areas - enabling you to learn and grow in several ways. We have recently set a new direction for our brand and are working on several initiatives and projects for continued future brand growth, which you will have a key role in realizing with us.
