IT Technical Delivery Lead

There is lots of exciting modernization and transformation work happening in AIG, and you will have the opportunity to work with the business on a wide variety of interesting projects.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Mobilization and Execution:

Mobilizes the delivery team and resources. Executes the technology delivery work in accordance with Delivery Standards and Metrics. Collaborates with the Business Leads and other key stakeholders to deliver the workstream/project/program. Drives Systems Integration Partners and Vendors in delivering technology solutions. •

: Serves as a Subject Matter Expert to AIG and AIG Stakeholders in a specific technology area.

What you'll need to succeed

• Significant experience in Technology Delivery in the Insurance sector.
• Experience of digital trading insurance platforms e.g. Acturis desirable
• In-depth knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Exposure to/experience in Robotic Process Automation desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, multi-task, and be a team player
• Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of principles, procedures, and skills in technology delivery and an advanced understanding of Agile.
• Strong vendor/partner management experience
• Ability to interact with senior business and technology management, and work within a large, matrix organization model
