2. Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis
Support the elicitation of business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable functional specifications.

Documentation
especially for Business Requirement Documents (BRD), also support technical proposals and user manuals
•
Communication
align with Business stakeholders and coordinate with various Project Managers to ensure alignment on project goals and resource allocation.

Project Tracking
Update project status, maintain issue logs, and ensure all stakeholders have the latest information regarding delivery timelines.
•
Reporting
Assist in generating presentations and proposals for management review and project delivery.
3. Qualifications Required
•
Education
currently enrolled in master's degree or bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
•
Writing Skills
Strong command of English with the ability to write structured, professional, and concise documents.
•
Software
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with flow-charting tools or Power Apps is a plus.

Foundation
Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle or Project Management methodologies.
