Job Summary**

The Industrial Engineering Trainee at Valeo Management will gain practical experience in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and reducing waste. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and mentorship within a dynamic industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities**

• Assist in the analysis and improvement of manufacturing processes, including layout optimization, workflow analysis, and time studies.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collect and analyze data related to production performance, bottlenecks, and resource utilization.
• Participate in projects aimed at reducing costs, improving quality, and enhancing productivity.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance.
• Learn and apply various industrial engineering tools and techniques.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and findings.

Job Qualifications**

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.

• Requirements: Internship duration of 6 to 12 months, active student status, and continuous coverage under a student medical insurance policy throughout the entire period.
