Designs policies and standards on governance level or implements standards with further operational specificatons on Service Delivery Management level. * Defines, maintains and communicates the global and local portfolio, incl. standard setting on pricing, quality, productivity and compliance.

• Defines (global) mandatory service levels and corresponding KPIs.
• Monitors competitive trends and service delivery.
• Monitors the effectiveness of global policies and programs for the specific service and recommends modification.
• Defines, implements, maintains and continuously enhances standard processes.
• Ensures effective knowledge and best practice sharing across the service delivery organization.
• Manage relationship with external strategic providers on either governance or service delivery level.
• Participate and conduct internal and/or external surveys.
• Drives development, implementation and improvement of global IT solutions.
