About the role
Anaqua is looking for an HR Associate to support our India-based workforce and partner closely with our global HR team. Reporting to the Sr. HR Regional Director in the U.S., this role is the day-to-day HR point of contact for employees in India - handling everything from statutory compliance and HRIS data to exit interview tracking and employee handbook maintenance. You'll work across time zones
