Healthcare Strategy Consultant

• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects, often with competing deadlines, and with significant self-direction and limited oversight
• Assist in creating comprehensive studies and reports for our clients
• Ownership of many operational and administrative functions including: • Maintaining and updating client databases with accurate, current information
• Cleaning and organizing data from various online sources
• Providing quality assurance of new datasets and sources

• Being a self-starter with a passion for learning and problem solving; strong initiative and time management are must
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment with new challenges every day
• Positive, winning attitude, and the desire to consistently exceed client expectations
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing
• Interest in geography and how it impacts access to healthcare

Education : Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., data, healthcare, business, etc.)

Experience : 1+ years of experience in a professional company environment. Healthcare and/or real estate experience is ideal but not required. Training and mentorship will be provided by members of the team.

Work Schedule : Position requires a flexible work schedule. Extended hours may occasionally be required, sometimes with minimal advanced notice.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Continuously identify process improvements and be solution-oriented
• Able to work in a high volume and deadline driven environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and Word) with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel required
