Position Overview
RecruitGo is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative with phone support experience to handle patient inquiries, voicemail callbacks, and email requests while providing excellent communication, empathy, and customer service support in a remote work setup.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from the patient and answer their inquiries
- Call back patients who have left voicemail messages

Respond to patient email requests

Excellent attention to detail

Able to provide own computer and WFH set up, including headset

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service in answering phones

From PHP 32,000 (depending on experience)

Work Setup
Work-from-home in the Philippines

Work Schedule
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sydney Time OR 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sydney Time, depending on business needs
