About the Role

The Head of Off Trade will lead one of Diageo Greece's most critical commercial channels, representing approximately 50% of total revenue across Modern Retail, Discounters, and Cash & Carry. Reporting to the Country Director and leading a team of four, the role is responsible for driving sustainable growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering commercial and execution excellence across the channel. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic commercial leader who can accelerate the existing business while unlocking new growth opportunities through bold thinking, strong customer relationships, and disciplined execution.

Top Accountabilities

•

Own the strategy and performance of the Greek Off Trade business

, with full P&L accountability and responsibility for delivering key commercial and financial objectives, including NSV, Market Share, Gross Margin, Cash, and sustainable growth. •

Lead, develop, and inspire a team of four

, building a high-performance, inclusive culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and entrepreneurial thinking. •

Drive sustainable growth across customers, channels, and categories

, strengthening the existing business while identifying and unlocking new opportunities through strategic customer and distributor partnerships. •

Partner cross-functionally with Customer Marketing, Finance, Customer Activation, and RGM

to optimize pricing, portfolio, investments, innovation, digital initiatives, and Joint Value Creation programs. •

Champion commercial excellence

, strengthening capabilities in forecasting, customer planning, negotiation, and execution while ensuring disciplined performance management and cross-functional alignment. •

Act as a senior commercial leader and key member of the Commercial Leadership Team

, leading strategic relationships and complex negotiations with key customers and distributors, while contributing to the broader business, people, and culture agenda.
