About the role

Key Responsibilities
- Design graphics and visual assets such as posters, banners, social media creatives, and presentations
- Create visually appealing content for team communication, engagement, and campaigns
- Work with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Canva to produce high-quality designs
- Collaborate with different teams to understand design requirements and project goals
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and visual standards
- Make revisions based on feedback and project needs
- Support ongoing design projects and assist with ad-hoc creative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, and/or Canva
- Strong sense of visual design, layout, color, and typography
- Ability to convert ideas and briefs into effective visual content
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different project requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
