- Identify upcoming and new indirect tax requirements (e.g. SAF-T, SII and e-invoicing) and proactively lead on the design and implementation of relevant measures required to efficiently manage these in alignment with the Group's change programmes.
- Oversee and optimally develop the compliance operating and delivery models for Computershare entities (including the management of Tax Authority Audits) using a mix of a centralised in-house capability and outsourced providers.
- As a senior member of the global Tax and Finance teams and a member of the Tax Leadership Team, collaboratively define the team's people culture and team members' personal development strategy, and drive delivery of the global tax strategy.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of tax operations.
