FullStack Developer

at Arctic Wolf, you will:

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions using ReactJS and Golang.
• Own complex features from design through implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and reusable software components that support long-term product goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across systems and teams.
• Contribute to software quality through automated testing, performance optimization, and adherence to coding standards.
• Mentor and support engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, system reliability, and engineering best practices.
• Participate in operational support and incident resolution as needed.

Experience & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience building and delivering scalable, production-grade applications
• Proven experience building and delivering scalable, production-grade software applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with: • ReactJS
• Golang

• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented design, and modern development practices.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting cloud-native or distributed systems.
• Proficiency in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.
• Experience participating in technical design and architecture discussions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and promoting engineering best practices is preferred.
