Role Summary
We are looking for a
Senior Front-End Developer with solid experience in React.js
to join our distributed engineering team. You will take ownership of
front-end architecture and implementation
, collaborating closely with other engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to build
performant, scalable, and visually engaging web applications
.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys mentoring other developers, and is passionate about building high-impact digital products with exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of front-end features and UI components using
React.js
.
- Translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive, accessible interfaces.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining a high-quality, scalable codebase.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and UI issues.
- Mentor mid-level and junior developers within the front-end team.
- Follow
Agile methodologies
and actively contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
- Document components, functionality, and style guidelines as needed.
Must-Have
•
6+ years of experience
in front-end development, with at least 4+ using
React.js
.
- Strong knowledge of
JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
.
- Experience with
state management tools
(Redux, Zustand, Context API).
- Familiarity with component libraries (
Material-UI, Tailwind, or Chakra UI
).
- Experience integrating
RESTful APIs
.
- Version control experience with
Git
.
- Solid understanding of
Agile development practices
.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in
English (written and spoken)
.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with
Next.js
,
TypeScript
, or
testing frameworks
(Jest, React Testing Library).

Experience with Angular will be valued.
- Knowledge of
A/B testing
,
CRO
, or
web performance optimization
.
- Familiarity with
Figma
or design handoff tools.
