About the company/role: Our client is a well-known dairy manufacturer based in Southwest Sydney. They are seeking a current Food Science student to join their laboratory team. This role will work 2 days per week on Mondays and Fridays. Due to the location of the site, a car is required for this role. Duties: Microbial analysis of dairy samples (TPC, coliforms, microbial plating) Operate laboratory
