- ETD Clearing & Exchange Workflow Management: Navigate and extract data from ETD clearing platforms, specifically GMI (Global Market Infrastructure) and/or XTP, actively managing and validating data structures related to trade registration, clearing workflows, daily settlement, variation margin, and expiry/exercise processes.
- Advanced Data Analysis & Resolution: Interrogate large, complex ETD datasets to proactively identify data quality issues, validate complex trade and position data mappings, and drive swift resolution to maintain project timelines across multi-asset listed derivatives environments.
- Technical Translation & Client Communication: Translate highly complex technical findings, SQL query results, and migration roadblocks into clear, actionable business language for non-technical executive client stakeholders, maintaining confidence and transparency throughout project delivery.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
