Services Category Senior Manager
What You Will Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of category, business, and sales enablement professionals.
- Define and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and portfolio adoption.
- Own business planning, performance reviews, and key executive communications.
- Partner with sales leadership to improve services penetration, seller readiness, and customer outcomes.
- Drive portfolio strategy, pricing advocacy, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional programs and strategic projects across a matrixed organization.
- Establish operating rhythms, governance, and performance metrics that improve execution and accountability.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across North America and Global organizations.
- Engage with HP customers and channel partners as needed to collaborate on strategies, priorities, objectives, offers, and plans.
Who You Are
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Finance, Sales, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business management, category management, services, sales strategy, operations, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrate experience leading teams and developing talent.
- Strong business planning, financial acumen, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
- Experience leading services, software, subscription, or recurring revenue businesses.
- Experience driving organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
