Responsibilities
- Leads cross-functional teams across the full lifecycle of strategic programs, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, deliverables, and business outcomes.
- Establishes and maintains program governance, integrated project plans, operating rhythms, reporting mechanisms, and decision-making frameworks to drive successful execution.
- Manages program risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, and change requests, proactively driving resolution and escalation to minimize business impact.
- Drives stakeholder engagement and executive communications by providing clear program visibility, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring alignment across organizations and leadership levels.
- Tracks program performance against defined objectives, milestones, and success metrics, ensuring delivery of targeted business outcomes and strategic priorities.
Qualifications
- Four-year degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience including participation in complex programs, projects, or cross-functional initiatives in a business, finance, operations, product, or technology environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across multiple organizations without direct authority.
- Strong program and project management skills, including planning, governance, resource coordination, issue resolution, and execution management.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and executive-level stakeholder communications within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive presentations, status reporting, and leadership communications.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

$161,800
USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
