EY GDS Spain office in Malaga under a hybrid system (two times per week in the office)

, you will collaborate closely with other teams, supporting strategic consulting engagements, technology transformation initiatives, and business development opportunities. This is a high-level consulting role that requires strong business acumen, broad technology understanding, and the ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities

You will play a critical role in helping clients solve complex business challenges through technology-enabled strategies and transformation initiatives.

  • Lead and support IT strategy and technology consulting engagements across a variety of industries.
  • Participate in business development, sales, and pre-sales activities, helping shape proposals and client solutions.
  • Understand client needs and translate business challenges into technology-enabled recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
  • Advise clients on areas such as IT strategy, operating models, technology governance, and application landscapes.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrated solutions that align business objectives with technology capabilities.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 10+ years of experience within a Big Four, consulting firm, or technology advisory environment.

• Proven experience in IT Strategy, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Technology Advisory.

• Experience supporting or leading pre-sales, proposal development, business development, or commercial activities.

• Strong experience engaging with senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teams.

• Broad understanding of technology architecture, IT operating models, and business technology alignment.

• Experience working across large and complex transformation portfolios.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Intermediate or advanced level of French or German.

• Experience within industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, or other complex enterprise environments.

• Exposure to Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, Vendor Strategy, or Technology Operating Models.

• Experience working in international consulting environments.

• Relevant technology or consulting certifications.
