- Complete
10 test calls
with the CX agent, following the prompts and scenarios provided.
- Conduct
10 QA reviews
of calls, assessing accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness.
- Provide clear written feedback on conversation flow and user experience.
- Work
independently
to ensure high-quality evaluations and feedback.
Must-Have
•
Native Arabic speaker.
•
Prior data annotation experience.
•
Able to place calls to an EU, UK, or US phone number.
•
Ability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality.
•
