Growth & Marketing Analyst
to help us turn deep technical expertise into a high-performing inbound engine.
What You’ll Do
•
Build Inbound & Demand Systems
Design conversion funnels, landing pages, and anchor offers (audits, assessments, technical pilots) that drive qualified B2B conversations.
•
Content & Campaigns
Translate complex technical concepts into compelling LinkedIn content, case studies, landing page copy, and visual assets.
•
Leverage Modern AI Workflows
Use agentic AI tools and automation to multiply research, copywriting, and content production output.
•
Hands-on Building
Directly ship and iterate assets using tools like WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Figma, and Google Ads.
•
Track & Optimize Pipeline
Monitor core KPIs and partner with leadership to optimize for real qualified leads and revenue, not just vanity metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or inbound demand generation (B2B, tech, SaaS, or agency experience is a big plus).
- Strong hands-on mindset: comfortable writing sharp copy, tweaking landing pages, and setting up digital campaigns independently.
- Practical, daily experience integrating modern
AI tools & workflows
to speed up execution.
- Excellent written and verbal
English
communication skills.
- High autonomy, curiosity, and a bias for action.
