As a Consultant, Controllership on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for...
- Supporting controllership and treasury transformation projects for government and public sector clients
- Analyzing finance processes, controls, and reporting activities to identify improvement opportunities
- Developing deliverables, presentations, process documentation, and implementation materials for client engagements
- Coordinating with client stakeholders and cross-functional project teams to support project execution and milestone delivery
- Assisting with the design and deployment of data-driven and technology-enabled finance operating model improvements

The Team
Qualifications
Required :
- Bachelor's degree
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- 4+ years of experience in finance transformation, controllership, treasury, accounting, or financial reporting
- 2+ years of experience supporting process improvement, operating model, or transformation initiatives
- Experience creating process documentation, presentations, and client-facing deliverables
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint in a professional environment
- Ability to work on-site in Chantilly, VA up to 4-5 days per week
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,100 to $155,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
