Compliance assurance

: Provide expert leadership on

Quality decision-making

: Act as the country subject matter expert for

Inspection and audit leadership

: Plan, coordinate, and lead preparation for

Representation and governance

: Represent the quality function in

local, regional, and global cross-functional forums

Capability building

: Plan, review, and manage the budget for the

Country MCOQ Quality organisation

, ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of services and priorities. •

: Promote a strong

across the Marketing Company by modelling compliance, continuous improvement, accountability, and practical problem-solving, and by leading without authority through expertise, collaboration, and credible communication across all levels of the organization. •

Professional expertise

: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of

industry best practices, regulatory expectations, and developments in quality management

, contributing technical expertise to local procedures and, where relevant, to the development of global standards. •

Essential

  • Masters' degree, in science / engineering field such as Pharmacy, Biology, or Chemistry;
  • At least 5 years of prior experience in GxP within a pharmaceutical and compliance management environment;
  • Experience working cross-functionally across the supply chain with groups such as regulatory, manufacturing, supply and capability, and account management;
  • Experience working with digital tools and applications related to quality monitoring, reporting, documentation, and analysis
  • Strong communication and influencing skills

Desirable

  • Experience working cross-functionally to influence a complex organizational environment, preferred; Multi-national and cross-cultural experience preferred
  • Understanding of multiple aspects of physical plant, technical equipment and other elements of facilities management
  • Meet national requirements and approved to be an eligible QP / RP;
  • Experience working with digital tools and applications related to quality monitoring, reporting, documentation, and analysis
  • Project and people management
