Senior Technical Lead

Location: PAN India

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate proven experience and a strong track record in the following areas:

• Expertise in Kubernetes management, including the application of industry best practices and modern operational approaches.

• Strong experience in Terraform development, particularly in designing, maintaining, and reusing infrastructure through well-structured modules.

• Deep understanding of CI/CD practices, with a focus on implementing and enabling true continuous delivery rather than simply maintaining deployment pipelines.

• Experience working in environments with high expectations around security, compliance, governance, and cost optimisation, ensuring these considerations are embedded into all aspects of delivery.

• A strong understanding of, and commitment to, engineering principles such as security and compliance by design, automation-first approaches, innovation, standardisation, and operational excellence.

• Preferably experience within the banking or financial services sector, where security, regulatory compliance, auditability, risk management, and governance standards are typically more stringent and form an integral part of day-to-day engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, primarily with Terraform.
• Develop reusable Terraform modules and maintain version-controlled infrastructure code.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to define infrastructure requirements and best practices.
• Manage cloud resources across platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, cost, and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and implement robust access controls.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide support for deployment pipelines.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture, processes, and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and IaC practices._ MUST
• Proficiency in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation is a plus.
• Understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
