Sr Technical Lead (Support & Operations)

We are seeking a highly skilled  Google Cloud Engineer  with strong expertise in  Google Cloud Platform (GCP)  and hands-on experience in either  AWS and/or Microsoft Azure . The role is responsible for providing  Tier 2 Platform Operations and Advanced Technical Support  across multi-cloud environments, ensuring operational stability, security, performance, resilience, automation, and cost optimization of cloud infrastructure and platform services.   The engineer will support GIC's enterprise-scale cloud landscape covering  Landing Zones, IaaS, PaaS, Cloud Networking, Backup & Disaster Recovery, FinOps, Security Compliance, and Lifecycle Management , while coordinating with hyperscaler support teams for advanced issue resolution.

Multi-Cloud Platform Operations  Provide operational support for cloud services across:  Google Cloud Platform (GCP)  Amazon Web Services (AWS)  Microsoft Azure  Perform advanced diagnosis and resolution of cloud infrastructure incidents escalated from teams.  Troubleshoot complex issues involving:  Compute  Network  Storage  Identity & Access Management  Cloud-native services  Platform-as-a-Service offerings  Support cloud resource provisioning, reconfiguration, scaling, and controlled decommissioning activities.
