Nx Category (Brand Labeling) Europe Leader
, you will drive value through strategic sourcing, supplier optimization and strong collaboration within the European Nx community. This is a high-impact role offering both strategic influence and broad stakeholder exposure.
What You Will Do
- Lead procurement performance across Europe for
Nx categories
- Animate and coordinate the
Nx community in Europe
, ensuring alignment on strategy, roadmap, and productivity plans through structured governance and animation systems
- Participate in and support negotiations together with Nx buyers to secure best-in-class cost competitiveness
- Drive
supplier base optimization
for Nx categories in Europe in close collaboration with the Nx community
- Support and contribute to key
Nx procurement initiatives
within
GSC Europe
What Will Make You Successful
- Proven experience in
procurement and strategic sourcing
, ideally in an international environment
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to drive value through supplier relationships
- Experience in
direct procurement categories
, especially within:
- Electrical & Electronics (EE)
- Contract Manufacturing
- Brand Labeling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage senior and cross-functional stakeholders
•
Master's degree preferred
, ideally in
Engineering, Procurement Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a matrix and multicultural organization
