About the role
Company TransPerfect Language & Cultural Training is part of the TransPerfect solutions, the world's largest language service and technology solutions provider for global businesses with offices in more than 100 cities around the globe. Position details TransPerfect is currently looking for English language trainers in Lyon (or nearby area), to join our team of English language professionals. As an English language trainer with TransPerfect, you will deliver language classes to our clients from a variety of sectors and cultural backgrounds. Responsibilities Main Objectives
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective training
- Be prepared to develop complementary course materials to meet learners' needs
- Assess language levels
- Create language content
- Engage learners in the learning process and keep motivation levels high
- Monitor progress and evaluate learners' performance throughout the course
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Native or native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching English
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of the corporate business environment
- Knowledge of a second language
