About the role
We're seeking an Engineer I, Industrialization Quality to ensure flawless product launches through robust quality processes. What will you do?
- Ensure implementation and adherence to the 10 Quality Fundamentals throughout the industrialization phase
- Support project teams with quality methods, tools, and risk management strategies to achieve process capability
- Partner with Product Engineering, Offer Creation, and Subject Matter Experts to deploy Advanced Product Quality Planning standards
- Monitor compliance with the Offer Lifecycle Management industrial process to maintain quality consistency across projects

- developing level; identifying and mitigating quality risks during industrialization

- developing level; supporting teams through process and standard changes
•
Communication
- developing level; facilitating alignment between technical teams and stakeholders
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering
- Must be willing to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite
- 1-2 years background in New Product Development, an advantage
- Exposure to Manufacturing and/or Quality
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and compliance standards
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams
- Problem-solving skills to address quality challenges within defined frameworks
- Eagerness to learn and apply technical concepts in a fast-paced environment
