Electromechanical Assembly Technician – Rotating Equipment

• Assembly of the excitation lead into the rotor; installation, brazing of the winding, 1st pressing; wedging, 2nd pressing, insulating cover under the hoop, installation of hoops, rotor repairs - service orders, production of connections for the DAX stator, insulating the exciter rotors before winding, installation of the exciter rotors, soldering of exciters, exciter bandage ;

• phase marking, pre-assembly of brackets, coil insertion, wedging, side wedging, soldering - autogenous, soldering - induction, insulation, assembly of connections, production of Teflon hoses, RTD elements, winding of exciters, sealing of Hawke bushings , assembly of phase and neutral boxes, electrical installation, assembly of outlet cables;

• Packaging and shipping of goods in accordance with specified requirements.

• Sorting products according to various parameters (weight, dimensions, color, content, etc.).

• Marking goods with production numbers, various labels and stickers.

• Folding and storing various packaging materials (boxes, crates, nets, bags, pallets, etc.).

• Operation and basic maintenance of packaging machines/lines

• You will also conduct required audits and provide product and quality system support for channel partners globally.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

• Attention to detail and diligence with an eye for quality

• Hold a valid Passport and the ability to travel internationally

• Have good interpersonal skills, inclusive working style and able to effectively communicate

• Knowledge of Power Generation / Rotating equipment

• Have a High School Diploma, GED or Vocational qualification in a mechanical or electrical discipline

• Have experience in mechanical assembly with basic electrical experience and training

Comprehensive training for this role will be conducted in Pilsen, Czech Republic, lasting six weeks. There will be a requirement to travel to Pilsen for two weeks each month over a period of three months.
