Work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP Transportation Management (TM) system capabilities. Gather requirements, design, configure, and implement SAP Transportation Management solutions that meet client requirements. Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Use proven methodologies, tools and accelerators to support program implementations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Transportation Management issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to client operations. Manage SAP Transportation Management  projects or workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope. Ensure successful delivery of Transportation Management (TM) module deliverables on SAP engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. Facilitate workshops and seminars to align business needs with SAP Transportation Management (TM) capabilities. Provide user training and create comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.    Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.  Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.  Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.   Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
