Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for introducing 3M single-sided tapes and adhesive products to end customers.
- Target industries include automotive components, new energy batteries, IoT, low-altitude economy, embodied intelligence, data centers, and other high-growth sectors.
- Follow up on projects with existing key accounts, and provide supply chain tracking and support services.
- Analyze customers’ manufacturing processes, automation development trends, and implementation paths to address process challenges and provide value-added solutions.
- Promote 3M adhesive solutions to customers.
- Focus primarily on developing new business opportunities nationwide.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- More than 3 years of sales experience in the industrial sector.
- Understanding of industrial customers’ manufacturing processes and automation solutions.
- Experience in material qualification/introduction and adhesive business in the automotive or electronics industries is preferred.
- Good English communication skills and computer proficiency.
